Yes, please register first. This is for us to secure your account first. You don’t have to create a password. Once you create, you can login to your account using your email address. We use One Time Password (OTP) which is automatically sent to your email address when you login.

Your account is created automatically at the check out. Please visit login page. Enter your email address used at checkout, OTP (one time password) will be sent to your email address to login.

Yes. For first 3 months, you only can purchase up to 30,000 yen in total per month due to the security reason. After that, you are free to purchase any quantity.

In order to protect our customers and our business, we require additional verifications to deter fraudulent parties from using stolen accounts to make purchases on our website.

This is required on some new or large orders. We strive to ensure an honest and secure transaction for all of our customers.

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly from PayPal.

Before delivery:
We accept a cancellation and issue a refund subject to the refund fee.

After delivery:
We regret to inform you that once the products is delivered we do not issue any refund due to the product of nature.

The reason for this is that once the code has been revealed, it is considered used or activated and the product is considered to have been delivered.

However, if you no longer need or want the code, you may have the option to give it to a friend or sell it to someone else. This way, you can still find a use for the code.

Once payment is completed, you will receive an e-mail with the ordered digital product within 5-30 minutes, maximum 24 hours.

Once delivered, you can also confirm the code in your account. However, if you cannot see in your account, there may be any other issues. Please contact us.

Please follow these steps:

1. Log out of your iTunes / App store account.
2. Restart your device.
3. Log into your iTunes / App store account.
4. Check your iTunes Account balance to see whether the iTunes gift card code has actually been redeemed.
5. If it hasn’t, try to redeem the gift card code again.
6. Any error message? – Take a screenshot and contact us via the Contact Us page.

Please check your account balance if it may be already redeemed to your account. If not, please contact us via our contact us page.

Please send us a screenshot of the error message. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please note that certain websites require being in Japan or using a Japanese VPN to redeem your cards.

You may need to use a VPN when you create a Japanese Apple account.

Go to appleid.apple.com/account.

Fill out the form. *Email must be different from your main Apple ID (if you already have one) or your main email address (in case you plan to have a main Apple ID).

Choose “Japan” from the list of countries.

Fill out the form and submit.

Check your email for verification code.

And you’re done.

Other way:

Open iTunes. Sign out of your iTunes account if you are signed in.

Go to the store. Scroll all the way down to the bottom until you see a flag of a country. Click on it.

Select Japan.

Search for a free app, click the app, and click Get.

Note: You MUST search and try to download a free app to have a “None” option for payment when creating an account.

Click Create Apple ID.

Click Continue.

Briefly read and accept iTunes Store Japan’s Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy.

Enter a clean email address, password, and other details. Click Continue.

Note: You may use your existing Gmail account by adding “+1” at the end (e.g. “example+1”)

The Payment Type “None” should be pre-selected for you. Leave the gift card area blank. If it is not pre-selected, choose option “None”.

Input any Japanese hotel address, or use the following

Postal Code: 160-0023 Select “Tokyo” from the drop down box.

Type: “Shinjuku-ku” in the box to the right of Tokyo.

Address: “Nishishinjuku 6-12-6” or anything you want. Leave the rest blank.

Click “Create Apple ID”.
