Before delivery:

We accept a cancellation subject to a refund fee if you contact us before the delivery. We issue a refund after a refund fee is deducted.

After delivery:

Regrettably, we are unable to offer any refunds for any purchases. 

NO RETURN / NO CANCELLATION

We do not accept any returns and any cancellations due to the unique nature of our products. 

The reason for this is that once the code has been revealed, it is considered used or activated and the product is considered to have been delivered.

However, if you no longer need or want the ordered code, you may opt to give it to a friend or sell it to someone else. We recommend this as a solution for non-refundable and non-returnable products.

In the unlikely event that the code does not work properly, we will conduct an investigation to determine the cause.
After our investigation, we may, in our sole discretion, replace the gift card with an alternative gift card, or with a credit balance of equivalent to the paid value that you may use on our website.
